We want you to love your NBCUniversal gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, then print it out and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location indicated on your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
